The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.froghair.co.uk (the website) and your use of the website itself.

Froghair Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (co. no 04649973) operates the website. The company's registered office address is Frog Hall, Quarlton Drive, Hawkshaw, Lancashire, BL8 4JY. In these terms "we" refers to Froghair and "you" and "your" refers to any visitor to the website, or to any Froghair customer.

Placing an Order

Placing an order could not be simpler. Just browse our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping basket. After you have finished selecting your products, click on "View Basket" to check your order and then click "Checkout" and enter in your personal details so we can send out your order. We accept debit and credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo and JCB cards. Your card will be authorised in real time and you will be given confirmation of a successful payment.

Prices

All products shown are in £ sterling (GBP) and we reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. Froghair can only accept payment in £ sterling (GBP), all currencies will be converted into £ sterling (GBP) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.

Delivery Schedule

All items listed on the website are in stock, and will be dispatched by first class royal mail recorded (or equivalent service) by the end of the following working day. If for any reason we are not able to meet this normal level of service, then we would communicate the situation as soon as practical.

Payment Details

All payments to Froghair are handled securely. Payments can be made by any major credit or debit card. All payments include all taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees are made via Worldpay. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of the product / s you have purchased.

Protecting your privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect from you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information from you for two reasons: firstly to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have expressly given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mails from us in the future.

The type of information we collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, and your e-mail address. As we have already stated we do not collect or hold any credit/debit card information from you. We will never collect sensitive information about you without it being in your interest or without your consent. We will endeavour to make sure the information we hold on you is kept up to date, but you can check the information that we hold about you at any time by e-mailing us and requesting your details. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Guarantee

Froghair is committed to do everything in its power to make your shopping experience a pleasurable one, and will refund / exchange any product which you are not completely satisfied with, provided it is returned within 28 days in good condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The rights in the designs and the content of this Website are owned by Froghair. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, copy or display any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, company names, logos or product names featured on the website are the property of their owners.

Variation of content

Froghair shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any of the content supplied in connection with the Service or which appears on any page of the Froghair website.
